You Are Worth The Time

Rejoice! Wonderful Women It Is Wednesday,

It is time for our celebration! It is your time to appreciate a very important person, YOU!

Wonderful Women we have some new ladies joining us since we grew into our new web space. In your celebration time please take a few minutes to celebrate the additions to our fellowship. To those of you who are new or perhaps still trying to become familiar with WWW WELCOME!

What celebration? Appreciate? Yes! We take some time to appreciate something good about ourselves. You have gone through so many things to get to this point in time. You have overcome some things that should have, could have taken you out of life. You have survived some things. These things and more are reasons to celebrate. Where you are right now is reason to celebrate because you have purpose, an assignment and a charge to fulfill. It will feel awkward at first because as givers and nurturers women take care of everyone else first. If there is any energy left at the end of a busy day we often use it to prepare for the next day’s care in an attempt to be ahead of the game.

To get your celebration started get that something good in your mind. Maybe you like your negotiation skills; maybe you dropped that final five pounds. It could be that you like your smile or you like how your makeup turned out today, the point is there is something good in and about all of us. With that good thing on your mind begin to thank God. He gave you that good quality; He brought you through some things. He took your street skills for negotiations into the board room or the sales floor to make you successful in your job. He heard your plea to lose the weight because you wanted to get off the medicines. He walked with you around the mall; He gave you the strength to ignore the extra servings and cravings. He settled your mind and spirit so that His peace radiates from you. Making the palate of colors applied to your face come alive with His energy.

As you spend time thinking about your good qualities don’t be surprised if you flow into a praise break. Don’t fight it, even if you are in the office let the words bubble up from the center of your gratitude. For the last two parts of the celebration schedule some time to do something nice to and or for yourself by unplugging for a little bit. Schedule the manicure, read a chapter or two of the book that you have been meaning to finish. What about that notebook that has your plans to create something? Take it out, what is the next step? Go for it. Now is a good time to do some research for the business or school you are interested in doing. You deserve to invest in yourself some of the same energies that you invest in others. You will realize the benefits from the investment of time because you will be calmer, you will have a sense of accomplishment. The time with your Dad will restore your spiritual equilibrium.

The last part of the celebration is to encourage another Wonderful Woman to celebrate at least one good thing about herself celebrate with her until she is able to celebrate on her own.

It’s all ‘bout love,

Trudy
